The Random Chair by Bertjan Pot is a super light chair that consists of long thin carbon strips. The long strips are soaked in epoxy resin and then spun around a mold manually and ‘at random’. Once cured, the construction is self-supporting.
Every chair is unique because the carbon strips are stretched by hand. Also suitable for outdoor use.
