Return & Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from The Design Lover. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how you can return your item.

Right to Withdraw

You have the right to cancel your order (for items that are not damaged) within 21 days of receipt, without giving any reason and without penalty.

👉 Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Products that are specially ordered at the customer’s request are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

How to Request a Return

    1. Send us the completed withdrawal form (see below) by email to initiate your return.
    2. Once we have received your request, we will send you a return shipping label by email.
    3. Print the label and drop off the package at the nearest courier service point.

Return Conditions

  • Please try to use the original packaging if possible.
  • Products must be in good condition to qualify for a refund.

Refund Process

Once we have received and checked the returned item:

  • We’ll issue your refund using the same payment method used for purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed excluding return shipping fees.
