Exclusive home accessories in ceramic, the famous "blue on white"

The Koninklijke Porceleyne Fles is the only remaining producer of the approximately 32 pottery factories that operated in Delft in the mid-17th century.

The famous Delft pottery has a rich history, dating back to the early 1600s.
In addition to spices, the V.O.C. (Company of the Dutch East Indies) obtained blue-on-white decorated porcelain from China in the 17th century. This porcelain soon became very popular among the wealthy of the time, such as European royal houses.

Dutch pottery began imitating this blue on white decorated porcelain. This was the beginning of the Delft Blue industry, now known worldwide as a purely Dutch product.

Royal Delft uses two centuries-old techniques to create Delftware, either hand-painted or silk-screened.
The origin and strength of Royal Delft is its timeless collection of high-quality ceramics.
